The service may be replaced within the legal deadline. The buyer may or may not state the reasons for the replacement. Replacement must be made within the statutory period of 14 days from the date of reservation of the service.
In the case of a replacement for another service, the seller is obliged to replace it if the product exists. If the purchased replacement product does not exist, the seller is obligated to replace the product with another customer's wish, with an additional charge or a return on the price difference. In the case of no substitution possibility, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the cost of the return is upon the buyer.
